In this micro-lesson we wanted to demonstrate different approaches we can take for contextual learning. In this demo the micro-lesson focuses on business etiquette within the hospitality industry. The lesson begins by introducing the concept and set of words. The learner can then slowly increase use of the words from simple yes/no questions on the understanding of the words to recording themselves using the words to interpret a situation.
